This role requires someone with proven experience managing digital channels, B2B software marketing, and a clear understanding of driving customer value and business revenue. Performance will be measured by the number of leads, cost per qualified lead, and the % of leads that turn into prospects.

Demand Generation – design and execute a digital strategy to deliver high potential leads and opportunity growth. Manage all aspects of advertising and lead nurturing, from campaign conception through development and execution, to performance evaluation and improvement cycles.
Content – Maintain all direct marketing assets and write, edit, and launch targeted database emails and nurturing programs in HubSpot.
Analytics & Reporting – Establish benchmarks for campaign performance metrics and own all measurement of digital performance and reporting for customer acquisition programs.
Lead Management – Generate, nurture, qualify and track leads through online campaigns using HubSpot and MailChimp. Ensure programs deliver on marketing qualified lead and cost per qualified lead goals
Campaigns & Website – Create and execute campaigns in HubSpot. Optimize and maintain the website using WordPress and Google Analytics.
Develop New Web Programs / Platforms – explore and develop new platform capabilities to increase operational excellence.
Testing – Create and deploy A/B testing for email copy, CTAs, emails, subject lines, and landing pages to drive sales pipeline from inbound lead flow.
Optimization – optimize conversion across all web and digital channels (traffic, on page conversion, revenue, product quality, user engagement, technical site performance).
SEO – build an SEO, SEM, and PPC strategy to drive traffic and optimize conversion.
Technology – Manage marketing automation system (currently HubSpot) and utilize Sugar CRM to track leads in the pipeline. Act as a catalyst for digital transformation by tracking, analyzing and sharing emerging digital technologies, approaches and industry best practices
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
7+ years in roles of increasing responsibility in digital marketing, including strategy, planning, and execution of integrated marketing programs (with focus on digital demand generation, digital media and web design).
- Proven success in developing high-yield inbound strategies from search engine to social media.
- Metric-driven professional that can also write, test, and optimize copy and design
- Experience with creating and marketing to Buyer Personas, understanding of audience segmentation and how to apply this to direct marketing and lead nurturing campaigns for complex sales
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on, demonstrable experience and proficiency with marketing automation platforms, Google Analytics, and CRM systems with proven ability to monitor and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness.
Experience with B2B messaging for complex software sales. preferably in a SaaS business.
Proficient in Microsoft® Excel and HubSpot. Experience with CRM and campaign emailing systems.

The candidate is also hands-on and a tenacious problem-solver with a strong work ethic, sense of urgency, can adjust quickly to changing demands, pays attention to detail, and drives projects to completion with minimal supervision.
