Sample and quota management have always been the main functions that the Survox Platform was designed around. That was the plan from the very beginning, and the functionality continually adapted to satisfy many different and complex needs encountered by our customers.
The result of all the years of innovation is an extremely powerful platform with true multi-mode survey capability. To make all the functionality easier to use, we’ve focused a significant amount of energy on creating a new, and intuitive user interface that is going to debut in the upcoming release.
In Version 9.0, current users will immediately see the changes. But more important is what users will experience–enhanced sample management, performance, and productivity. The enhancements are the result of incorporating data visualization tools to give users data-driven insights for better and faster decision making.
The customizable dashboard lets users see the information that’s most important to them front and center. Charts and graphs organize information to provide an at-a-glance view of what’s going on under the hood. Many of the graphs have interactive capability so the user can drill down into the details with just a few simple clicks.
One of the powerful new features we’re excited about is real-time sample monitoring. Using the data about available sample, call duration, and interviewer availability, the estimated time until the sample is deplete is calculated. This information gives managers the ability to adjust sample, quotas, or interviewers as required to maximize productivity.
We made sure to retain the core sample management functionality, but we took the opportunity to make enhancement there too. Field mapping is just one example. In addition to the current standardized mapping for Qualtrics (and other platforms), sample import is being further simplified by automatically inferring the likely field mapping. All the user has to do is verify that the mapping is accurate.
Typically, for any new release, the question is: what’s the immediate benefit of upgrading to a new version? With Release 9.0, we believe that will be a very simple question to answer. The operational gains provided by the built-in business intelligence (BI) capability are very compelling. Also, ease of use shortens training and time to proficiency.
Stay tuned for more information about release 9.0 in the coming weeks.
